FOR ADULT CHILDREN PREPARING WITH AN AGING PARENT

A place to put the pieces.

When contacts live in one phone, paperwork is in another room, and everyone remembers something different, even a small next step can feel difficult.

The binder helps you record what is known, locate what is missing, agree on who will help, and choose when to check back. Your parent decides what they are comfortable sharing.

You do not have to complete every page to make a useful start.

A FEW HELPFUL DETAILS

Before you begin.

How is this different from the free guides?

The free guides introduce a topic and help you choose a first step. The paid binder adds reusable records, comparisons, calendars, family actions, and review tools so the information can become a plan you maintain.

Will I receive a physical binder?

No. This is a digital download package with a printable PDF, a fillable digital PDF, and a Digital Start Guide. You provide any paper, printer, folder, or binder.

Can I use it on a computer, iPad, or phone?

The digital layout is designed for typing in a compatible PDF reader. Instructions cover computers, iPad/iPhone, and Android. Device and app checks are still in progress before launch. Test saving, reopening, and changing a fictional entry before adding real details.

Does it include wills or medical directive forms?

It includes preparation worksheets, review records, questions, and document locations. Official wills, powers of attorney, beneficiary changes, and healthcare directives are completed separately with the appropriate forms and professional guidance.

Where should passwords and private records go?

Use the binder to record where secure originals and approved access instructions are kept. Keep passwords, PINs, recovery codes, and full account identifiers out of shared pages. The PDF is not encrypted, and this website does not store your completed binder.

Is it available to purchase yet?

Not yet. The files are being reviewed and tested. Ask Melissa about availability to receive the price and purchase details when they are ready. There is no checkout or payment on this page.

YOUR PRIVACY

Your organizer stays in this browser.

Your organizer stores saved resource IDs, checklist progress, starting-point choices, and a check-in date in this browser only.

There are no document uploads or forms for health or financial records. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable; this is not a records vault or a backup. Optional free-guide forms send your submitted name and email to Sender for Golden Years Guidance.

External links open other organizations’ websites, where their privacy policies apply. Pilot-interest links open an email draft; you choose whether to send it. Saving a calendar date does not schedule an email. The full privacy explanation describes email check-in availability and how signup information is handled. Read the full privacy explanation.
